Preparation
Prior to installation, we will confirm with you the following points:
Determining the number of photovoltaic solar panels and their installation location;
Checking that the installation location meets the installation requirements, e.g. whether there is sufficient sunlight exposure, whether the roof structure is sound, whether the roof material meets the requirements, etc;
Determining the inclination and orientation of the photovoltaic solar panels to maximise photovoltaic conversion efficiency;
Determining the cable routing and length to meet the power transmission requirements.
Confirmation of installation time
After confirming the preparations, you will be contacted by customer service to confirm the installation time. Please ensure that you have sufficient time and manpower to assist during the installation. If there are special circumstances during the installation, such as weather conditions that prevent the installation, you will need to inform customer service in advance to make adjustments.

Installer visits
On the day of installation, the installer will arrive at the installation site on time and will carry out the following tasks:
Determine the mounting position and inclination of the PV solar panels;
Pre-drilling and waterproofing the installation location;
Installing the PV solar panels and fixing them with bolts and nuts;
Carrying out cable laying and connecting the PV solar panels to the inverter.
During the installation process, workers will follow the installation requirements to the letter to ensure safety and quality. If you have any questions or needs during the installation process, you can always communicate with the workers.

Acceptance after installation
After the installation is complete, the workers will show you how to operate the PV solar panels and help you with the acceptance process. During acceptance, the following points need to be noted:
Confirm that the number of PV solar panels and their installation position meet the requirements;
Check that the PV solar panels are securely fixed and that they are properly waterproofed;
Confirmation that the cable connections are correct;
Check that the photovoltaic solar panels are working properly.
If you find any problems during the acceptance process, please communicate with the workers and solve them in time. After you have confirmed that you are satisfied, sign to confirm that the installation is complete.

Care and maintenance
After the installation is complete, you will need to carry out regular maintenance and servicing of your PV solar system to ensure the long-term benefits of the system. For example, you will need to regularly clean the surface of the solar panels of dust and dirt, regularly check that the cables and connectors of the system are in good condition, regularly check the operation of the system, etc. If you need help, you can always contact the customer service team.

Confirmation that the cable connections are correct;
